Elder Board
At Alathia we intend to follow the example that the Apostle Paul laid out in the Bible in passages like 1 Timothy 3. We believe the church should be led by a plurality of mature, Godly, Christian men with specific spiritual gifts. We believe in leaders who lead by example and sacrifice. We also believe in engaged congregations that follow with hearts full of grace but are willing to step up and keep their leadership accountable to the high standards given in Scripture.
